In a most welcome gesture of support for the human rights of the Palestinian people, rock legend musician Joe Lynn Turner has cancelled his planned concert in Israel. He had been scheduled for 16 Dec at the Reading Club in Tel Aviv, apartheid Israel’s “Sun City” of today.
Joe Lynn Turner is well acquainted with the rock and roll industry, he has worked on over 60 albums, and released at least 10 solo CDs. He has performed as vocalist with Rainbow, Deep Purple and Yngwie Malmsteen. His most recent work has been with TheJan Holberg Project, in which he toured as their lead vocalist in 2011.
